Samsung Wallet adds a Cash Card for cash back
Samsung Wallet in the US has a new virtual Cash Card that collects cash back from Rakuten deals and can send money to other Samsung Wallet users.
What it means for you
If you shop with a Galaxy phone in the US, Samsung Wallet can now pay you cash back on some purchases and keep the money in the app.
What to do
Open Samsung Wallet and look for the Cash Card and the Nearby deals once the update reaches you.
The details
The deals come from Rakuten: over 3,500 brands online and more than 25,000 shops and restaurants, which you find under Nearby in the Wallet app. The balance can be spent online or in stores. It's separate from Samsung's Galaxy Card credit card.
