Lyft Go replaces Lyft Pink: $9.99 a month with DoorDash DashPass
Lyft's new Lyft Go subscription costs $9.99 a month or $96 a year, includes DoorDash's DashPass, and gives 8% of each ride back as credits, up to $40 a month. It launched in the US on 5 November with a one-month free trial.
What it means for you
If you use both Lyft and DoorDash, one subscription now covers both, and DashPass members get Lyft Go free.
What to do
DashPass members: link your DoorDash account in the Lyft app. Others can try it free for a month; cancel before the trial ends if you don't want it.
The details
DashPass members can link their DoorDash account and get Lyft Go at no extra cost. It also includes three "relaxed cancellations" a month and free returns of lost items. Lyft Go Core costs $5 a month without DashPass, with 5% back up to $20.
