Gemini Notebook adds hundreds of free textbooks
Google opened a free catalog of hundreds of textbooks in Gemini Notebook, from OpenStax, the Open Textbook Library and India's S Chand Publishing. Once added, you can ask about chapters and get quizzes, flashcards and study guides.
What it means for you
If you study from one of these textbooks, you can quiz yourself on it without paying for the book.
What to do
Open Gemini Notebook, choose Add sources, then Textbooks, and pick a book.
The details
Answers come with citations and links to the passages in the book. Google also recently gave Gemini Notebook a lecture recorder on mobile.
