Tracery lays a picture over your paper so you can trace it
Tracery shows a photo on screen over a real sheet of paper, so you can trace it with your own pencil, using the camera or AR. It can turn a photo into a clean outline first. It was #18 among paid Graphics & Design apps on the US App Store on 3 November.
What it means for you
If you want to learn drawing or copy a design onto paper or a wall, your phone can act as a tracing projector.
What to do
Prop your phone above the paper, as the listing suggests, or use the AR mode to pin the picture to a desk or wall.
The details
It's meant for pets, portraits, lettering, murals and learning to draw. It costs $0.99, by developer Hiroaki Tajima.
