ChatGPT can now make animated GIFs
ChatGPT can turn a text prompt or an uploaded photo into an animated GIF, then let you change its speed, edit single frames and share it. It comes with OpenAI's new Images 2.6 model.
What it means for you
If you make reaction GIFs or small animations, ChatGPT can now do it in one step.
What to do
Update the ChatGPT app and ask it to make a GIF, for example from a photo you upload.
The details
Images 2.6 also makes image generation faster. It's rolling out to all ChatGPT and Codex users on the web, desktop and mobile apps. OpenAI says people now make over 4 billion images a week.
